Company Waipukurau Construction 2002 Ltd. was established by Gordon and Sharon Spencer in April of 2002, continuing the successful construction business of Waipukurau Construction Co. Ltd. (John & Kathie Hands; established 1973). Since 2002, the company has gone from strength to strength and has established a strong resource base to complete a comprehensive range of construction contracts. The company is a member of the H. B. Master Builders Association. The company office and main workshop is located in Takapau Road (S.H.2), in Waipukurau. A further satellite workshop is located in Grasmere Avenue, Havelock North. The company is actively involved in both residential and commercial contracts. These contracts have varied in location from Masterton to Gisborne.
