- Timber subfloor and deck framing on timber piles or reinforced concrete floor with perimeter foundation
- Particle board flooring and 100 X 40 griptread pine decking and laminated verandah posts
- Kiln dried, H1.2 treated, machine stress graded timber wall and roof framing (2.4 stud height; 20º roof pitch)
- James Hardie 180 Linea weatherboard exterior cladding over Gib Frameguard underlay
- Timber fascia, barge board, window facings, scribers and sills
