Our standard specification is usually the basis of any estimates we may provide. We are fully flexible though and this specification can be altered as required for your project.

CARPENTRY
- Timber subfloor and deck framing on timber piles or reinforced concrete floor with perimeter foundation
- Particle board flooring and 100 X 40 griptread pine decking and laminated verandah posts
- Kiln dried, H1.2 treated, machine stress graded timber wall and roof framing (2.4 stud height; 20º roof pitch)
- James Hardie 180 Linea weatherboard exterior cladding over Gib Frameguard underlay
- Timber fascia, barge board, window facings, scribers and sills
- James Hardie 4.5 Hardiflex soffits c/w PVC jointers
- Insulation - Sisalation underfloor (timber floors), R1.8 Batts to walls and R2.6 Batts to ceilings
- Gib Rondo metal ceiling battens
- Generally 10 Std Gib board internal wall linings (horizontally fixed) and Ultraline Gib board ceiling linings, adhesive and screw fixed, stopped to a Level 4 finish
- Gib Aqualine linings to wet areas
- No. 2 60 X 12 Customwood single bevel skirting (carpet areas) or No. 26 30 X 10 FJP (Finger-Jointed Pine) D4S coving bead (vinyl areas)
